Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in office administration, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
