Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, inquiries, and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and workspace organization to create an efficient and productive environment.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes for executive leadership.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- High level of discretion and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively address challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
