Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize GoHighLevel automation workflows, sales funnels, and email/SMS sequences to enhance client engagement and conversions.
- Configure and customize GoHighLevel dashboards, CRM systems, and reporting tools to meet client-specific business needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (e.g., Zapier, APIs, payment gateways).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use GoHighLevel features effectively for their business operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless functionality of all automated processes.
- Stay updated with the latest GoHighLevel features, industry trends, and best practices in marketing automation.
- Create and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and client onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) working with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in setting up automation sequences, triggers, and integrations within GoHighLevel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free automation workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams and clients.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and API integrations is a plus.
- Passion for digital marketing, automation, and continuous learning in the SaaS space.
