As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to meet our clients’ evolving needs. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on Indonesia and neighboring markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing customized solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of freight consolidation, international shipping regulations, and logistics operations.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, or team collaborations.
