Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with global vendors to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Manage cross-border procurement processes, including import logistics, customs compliance, and shipping coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a global context.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed sourcing decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
