Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage hyperscale data center infrastructure to support global operations.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of data center systems and networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data center operations and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for data center management, including security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance data center capabilities and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work closely with global teams to align data center strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing data center infrastructure in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience with hyperscale data center operations and best practices for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for data center management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
