Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Privacy Local Addendum and other regulatory documents to identify compliance gaps and implementation requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and business teams to interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on corporate banking operations.
- Develop and maintain a regulatory change management framework to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, risks, and recommended actions.
- Support the design and execution of compliance training programs for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging regulations to proactively advise on potential impacts to the business.
- Assist in the audit and review of existing processes to ensure alignment with global and local regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between business units and compliance teams to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CIPP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, regulatory compliance, or risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in Privacy Local Addendum, GDPR, or other data protection regulations relevant to corporate banking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a global or multinational banking environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
