Responsibility
- Assist mortgage brokers with the preparation, submission, and tracking of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and verify financial documents, credit reports, and client information to support underwriting processes.
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, follow up on pending tasks, and expedite loan approvals.
- Maintain organized digital records of client interactions, loan documents, and transaction histories using CRM and document management systems.
- Provide timely and professional responses to broker and client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, addressing concerns and providing updates on application status.
- Monitor loan pipelines and deadlines, ensuring all parties meet critical milestones and closing dates.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, lender policies, and market trends to provide accurate guidance to brokers and clients.
- Generate reports on loan processing metrics, broker performance, and client feedback to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, loan processing, or financial services support roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or loan origination software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations or experience working with international clients is a plus.
