Responsibility
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and project properties to verify client-provided information.
- Capture high-resolution photographs and videos as documentary evidence for credit assessments.
- Interview clients, neighbors, or business associates to validate financial and personal details.
- Assess the condition, ownership, and market value of collateral assets.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, recommendations, and supporting visual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards during all field investigations.
- Collaborate with credit analysts and underwriters to provide accurate data for loan approval processes.
- Maintain organized records of all inspections, including digital files and physical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit investigation, field verification, or a similar role in financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in documentation or client statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using digital cameras, smartphones, and basic photo-editing tools for documentation.
- Familiarity with credit evaluation processes, risk assessment, and financial terminology.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
