Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of credit marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic credit marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative credit products tailored to market needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintech partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction, leveraging data analytics and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful credit marketing strategies in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services and credit products in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
