Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate back-office operations, including documentation, reporting, and data entry in both English and German.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Indonesian team and German-speaking clients, suppliers, or partners.
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in the setup and optimization of administrative systems to support business growth in Indonesia.
- Prepare and translate business correspondence, contracts, and internal communications as needed.
- Monitor and maintain records of transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and provide training on back-office procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and propose process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2/C1 level); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in back-office, administrative, or operational support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Knowledge of the textile industry or international trade is advantageous but not required.
