Responsibility
- Conduct high-quality, onsite German language lessons for individual and small group classes.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on the Berlitz method and specific learner needs.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an immersive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and verbal communication.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and progress reports.
- Integrate cultural nuances into language training to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to ensure curriculum standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in the German language (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Previous experience in language instruction or ESL/EFL teaching is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Makati City location on a part-time basis.
- A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Punctual, organized, and capable of managing classroom dynamics effectively.
- Knowledge of modern language teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning.
