Responsibility
- Supervise and manage geotechnical site operations, including drilling, soil nailing, and ground stabilization.
- Conduct site investigations and analyze soil and rock samples to assess ground conditions.
- Develop and implement geotechnical designs and solutions for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for geotechnical assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate ground conditions during construction to mitigate risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and ground stabilization techniques.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
