Responsibility
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing stock in the warehouse and retail areas.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workspaces, storage areas, and retail displays.
- Support logistics operations by preparing and packing orders for delivery.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down retail displays and promotional materials.
- Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to health and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; no formal experience required (on-the-job training provided).
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work attitude.
- Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
