Responsibility
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing materials or products in warehouse or production areas.
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Operate simple machinery or tools under guidance (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production or logistical targets.
- Follow company protocols for handling, storing, and transporting goods.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Adhere to work schedules and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- No formal experience required—full training provided.
- Physical ability to lift/move objects up to 20–25 kg (assistance available for heavier items).
- Basic communication skills in English or Indonesian.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions carefully.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor settings as required.
- Local candidates or those with valid work permits in Indonesia preferred.
