Responsibility
- Develop and monitor divisional KPIs, ensuring alignment with PROTON’s annual strategic objectives and performance benchmarks.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of planning systems to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast resource needs, budget allocations, and production timelines.
- Analyze market trends, internal metrics, and industry data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all planning processes.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in system utilization and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, operations management, or systems analysis, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Proven track record in KPI development, data analysis, and strategic planning with measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data modeling and reporting.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Agile methodologies, or process automation is highly desirable.
