Responsibility
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing materials in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in brewery operations, including equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, tools, and machinery to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Support logistics activities such as loading/unloading shipments, inventory management, and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily operational tasks and meet production targets.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as recording inventory, tracking supplies, and reporting issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in brewery processes, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 20-25 kg, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
- Basic proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Malay to facilitate clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, especially in brewery operations and manufacturing processes.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving.
- No formal education requirement, but prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as operational needs arise.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
