Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and compliance.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20 kg).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
