Responsibility
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of fresh produce and market goods.
- Operate and maintain basic warehouse and market equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and packaging of fruits and other perishable items to meet quality standards.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including storage facilities and market stalls.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of market displays to enhance product presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of warehouse or market operations is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, as required.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with fresh produce handling is an advantage.
