As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to strict safety protocols. If you are reliable, physically fit, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team, we want to meet you!
Responsibility
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSH regulations.
- Monitor production line speed and adjust settings as required to optimize output.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Package and label finished goods accurately for logistics and shipment preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document daily production progress and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Must be able to work on a rotational shift basis (including weekends and public holidays if required).
- Physically fit and capable of handling repetitive tasks or standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a high level of integrity.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or logistics operations is highly preferred.
