Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Manage patient records accurately and confidentially using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to deliver evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience in general practice or family medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient groups.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
