Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive general medical consultations and treatments to patients, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Perform aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies, in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, aesthetic goals, and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, aestheticians, and wellness experts, to deliver integrated care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, general practice, and wellness trends through continuous education and training.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, preventive health measures, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance their overall well-being.
- Uphold the clinic’s values of integrity, professionalism, and patient-centered care in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner, with exposure to aesthetic medicine considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Experience or certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., botox, fillers, laser treatments) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations in Bali, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the fields of medicine and aesthetics.
