Responsibility
- Support the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks for the NUHS@Home program.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient safety and care quality.
- Assist in the preparation of clinical audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of home-based care processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize digital health solutions for remote patient monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical governance, medical affairs, or healthcare management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with Hospital-at-Home models or telehealth services is a plus.
