Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee occupational health and immunization programs tailored to the needs of employees across multiple locations in Bali.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date immunization records for all employees, including vaccinations for measles, diphtheria, hepatitis, influenza, and other relevant diseases.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to organize on-site vaccination drives and health awareness campaigns.
- Monitor workplace health trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management for improving employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health regulations and international best practices, including OSHA and WHO guidelines.
- Educate employees on health and safety protocols, infection control measures, and the importance of vaccination through workshops and training sessions.
- Coordinate with HR and management to address health-related concerns and facilitate return-to-work programs for employees recovering from illness or injury.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Occupational Health, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate wellness, or a similar role, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of immunization schedules, infectious disease control, and workplace health regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with proficiency in health management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel occasionally between office locations in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
