Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for therapeutic imaging services, aligning with corporate objectives and regional healthcare demands.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to international imaging standards (e.g., ACR, JCI) and implement best practices for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and technology adoption (MRI, CT, PET, ultrasound) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Commercial Expansion: Identify and pursue partnerships, tenders, and new revenue streams to scale imaging services across Bali’s private and public sectors.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hospital administrators, physicians, and government bodies to integrate imaging solutions into broader healthcare initiatives.
- Innovation & Compliance: Drive adoption of AI/ML tools in imaging while ensuring compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations (e.g., Kemenkes).
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, P&L accountability, and cost-control measures without compromising clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Medical degree (MD/DO) with specialization in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine; MBA or healthcare management certification is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in medical imaging, with at least 5 years in a directorial or senior leadership role (hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare MNC).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of therapeutic imaging modalities (e.g., interventional radiology, radiation therapy) and emerging technologies.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record in P&L management, market expansion, and strategic planning within healthcare.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare laws and international accreditation standards.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, negotiate contracts, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Language: Fluent English (required); Indonesian (Bahasa) proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
