Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
