Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address academic, personal, and emotional concerns.
- Develop and implement counseling programs tailored to the needs of students and staff.

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address mental health needs within the community.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation of counseling sessions.
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, mental health awareness, and personal development.

- Stay updated on best practices and trends in counseling and mental health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification recognized by Public Higher Education Institutions.
- Proven experience in counseling or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
