Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets for assigned pharmaceutical products in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and training sessions to highlight the benefits and usage of Novo Nordisk’s portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company policies in all sales and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in local and regional conferences, trade shows, and medical events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related life sciences (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and local healthcare regulations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Prior experience with diabetes, obesity, or chronic disease management products is highly advantageous.
