Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities to aid recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-standard physiotherapy services.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy by attending workshops, seminars, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) or proof of active application for licensure.
- Proven experience in clinical physiotherapy, preferably in orthopedics, neurology, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
