Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and business development.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while maximizing profitability through cost-effective operational practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and branch operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
