Responsibility
- Manage daily counter operations, including customer inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Ensure all company documentation, records, and files are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records with precision.
- Support the preparation of meetings, including scheduling, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial transactions is a plus.
