Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, faxes, and courier services.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a bonus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
