Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using FIFO/FEFO methodologies to minimize waste and maximize stock turnover.
- Operate and optimize ERP/POS systems (e.g., Accurate) for inventory tracking, purchasing, and sales reporting.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with business needs and customer demand.
- Process and document all administrative transactions, including purchase orders, receipts, and shipments.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory and administrative workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in inventory management or administrative roles within retail, fresh markets, or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in Accurate, ERP, or POS systems; ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory principles and their application in perishable goods or fast-moving products.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data entry, reporting, and basic financial reconciliation.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
