Responsibility
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and support various administrative projects and initiatives, working closely with different departments to ensure successful execution.
- Provide logistical support for company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting is an advantage.
