Responsibility
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Provide high-level executive support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning for domestic and international trips.
- Manage expatriate relocation processes, including visa assistance, housing arrangements, and cultural orientation.
- Administer corporate insurance policies, ensuring compliance and timely renewals for all employees and assets.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to secure necessary supplies and services.
- Monitor and optimize office budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration, general affairs, or executive support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business travel coordination and expatriate management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate insurance policies and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
