Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage general administrative tasks, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies, external partners, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Organize and supervise company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on facility-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general affairs functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline (Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments.
  • Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Mandatory) – expertise in workplace safety and health regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, permits, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
