Responsibility
- Oversee and manage general administrative tasks, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies, external partners, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Organize and supervise company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor and report on facility-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general affairs functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline (Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Mandatory) – expertise in workplace safety and health regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, permits, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
