Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks, such as shipment documentation.
- Maintain and update company databases and employee records.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
