Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional workspace for all employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, and other operational needs.
- Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and usage of company vehicles, including driver assignments and logbook management.
- Handle procurement processes, from sourcing to purchasing, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Liaise with building management and external service providers to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to general affairs activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management, or a related administrative role.
- Valid SIM A or C driver’s license is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
