As a GA Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of company facilities, coordinate office logistics, and implement policies that enhance workplace productivity. Your contributions will directly support our team’s ability to focus on core business activities while maintaining a safe, organized, and resource-efficient workspace.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of IDR 3,000,000 – IDR 3,500,000 per month, along with the chance to grow within a reputable and expanding organization in Bali’s thriving business landscape.
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all company facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and utilities, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee office logistics, including mail handling, transportation arrangements, and event setup.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to workplace safety, hygiene, and security.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for general affairs operations.
- Liaise with HR and other departments to support employee onboarding and workspace allocations.
- Prepare reports on facility usage, maintenance activities, and operational expenditures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in general affairs, facility management, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic office management software.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
