Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Handle legal administration tasks, including contract management, compliance monitoring, and liaison with legal advisors.
- Coordinate business trips for employees, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and cost-effective spending.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, general affairs, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
