Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the General Affairs team to ensure smooth store operations and administrative support.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness of retail spaces.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Procurement) to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Retail Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing facility operations, vendor relations, and administrative workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and retail compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or operational management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
