Responsibility
- Prepare and manage sales delivery orders (DO) and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate and maintain office administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the organization and documentation of company records, both physical and digital
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and information flow
- Support the sales and operational teams by providing administrative assistance as needed
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and workshops
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic accounting or invoicing processes is a plus
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is an advantage
