Responsibility
- Manage and execute daily financial administration tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and process financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting to support strategic financial planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Handle petty cash management, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for financial documents and administrative records.
- Support general office administration, including procurement, asset management, and facility coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, general affairs, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
