Join Samara Lombok as a General Affairs Executive and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dynamic organization across Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa. As part of our team, you will oversee a wide range of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks, ensuring that all office and site locations function at peak performance. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while enjoying the beauty and culture of Bali.
Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations across all office and site locations, including Lombok and Sumbawa.
- Oversee facility management, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to general affairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or operations management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Familiarity with local regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in facility management, procurement, or vendor negotiations is a plus.
