Excel Precast is seeking a dedicated and proactive Hostel Warden (Male) to oversee the daily operations of our worker hostel in Badung, Bali. Responsibility
- Supervise and manage daily hostel operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all accommodation areas.
- Monitor and maintain hostel facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations, addressing violations with fairness and professionalism.
- Organize and lead regular inspections to verify cleanliness, security, and adherence to protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and management to report incidents, track occupancy, and suggest improvements.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel, dormitory, or facility management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, safety regulations, and accommodation standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
- Physical fitness to handle on-site inspections and emergency situations.
