Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative summaries for management review.
- Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and professional work environment.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in administrative, general affairs, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and office management systems is a plus.
