Responsibility
- Supervise and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Lead and support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjustments, and financial statement preparation.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in AP/AR processing, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
