Responsibility
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with finance and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or shared services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
