Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of accounting records in compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
