Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
